I Joan A Brown, being of sound mind and body, have the legal right to defend myself against illegal activities done in my name and lies told on me in court where I was not present to defend myself.

WHAT ABOUT MY SIDE OF THE STORY???

My case was dismissed and closed without my involvement and I was subsequently NOT made aware of this. I received no snail mail, no email, no phone calls saying I needed to appear before a judge on such date at such time following my initial appearance.

It is my firm belief that if notifications or updates were sent, they were intentionally blocked to keep me from appearing in court to tell what happened to me and what post-attack, CONTINUED TO HAPPEN.

•  Illegally declared mentally unfit to appear in court to defend myself
• identity fraud
• my name and likeness were used to perform an illegal marriage to someone directly related to me and to catfish me
• physically attacked by narcissist ex-bf who was allowed to walk away scot-free all based on slander and lies.

My legal  Canadian rights (life, liberty, and personal security), were all stripped from me based on lies.
